Terms of service

You need an account to book. Give us a real name and a working email — the front desk uses them to know who is on court. Keep your sign-in to yourself; anything done from your account is treated as done by you. Accounts are for people aged 18 and over.

A booking is confirmed once payment succeeds, and not before. Until then the slot is only being held for you, and an unpaid booking is released automatically after a short time so the court does not sit idle.

Prices are shown before you pay, and are the prices in force at the time you book. Members pay the member rate; everyone else pays the standard rate.

You can cancel a booking from your account any time up until it starts, and the court goes back on sale immediately. Once it has started, only the front desk can cancel it.

Cancelling does not refund you automatically. If you have already paid and need the money back, talk to the front desk and we will sort it out case by case. If you had not paid yet, nothing is charged.

We may cancel a booking ourselves if a court becomes unplayable, if the club has to close, or for a tournament or event — in that case we will contact you and arrange a refund or another slot.

Each plan runs for the period stated when you buy it, and does not renew automatically. Nothing is charged again unless you come back and buy it. When a plan lapses you keep your account and your booking history; you just go back to standard rates.

Some plans can run alongside each other — an annual membership with a monthly unlimited pass on top, for instance. Cancelling one does not cancel the other.

Membership is personal to you and cannot be lent or transferred. Memberships are not refundable once they start, except where the club is at fault.

Payment is by QR Ph through our payment gateway — GCash, Maya, or your banking app. The club never handles your card or account details. If a payment fails or the QR code expires unscanned, the booking is released and nothing is charged.

Show your membership QR code at the desk. Please turn up on time — a court left unclaimed may be given to someone waiting, and repeat no-shows may lose the ability to book ahead.

Wear proper court shoes, look after the nets and equipment, and treat other players and staff decently. We can suspend an account for abusive behaviour, damage, or repeatedly not paying.

Pickleball is a physical sport and injuries happen. You play at your own risk and should be fit enough to do so. We look after the courts properly, but we are not responsible for injury, or for loss or damage to your belongings, except where it is caused by our own negligence. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under Philippine law.

We may change prices, opening hours or these terms. Changes to prices never apply to a booking you have already paid for. If we change these terms, the date at the top of this page changes with them.
