MINT Pickleball Club runs this site so members can book courts, hold a membership, and check in at the desk. This page says what we keep about you, why we keep it, and how to get rid of it.
We are the data controller. You can reach us at mintspacenetwork@gmail.com or 0976 654 1725, or at San Antonio, Tubod, Lanao Del Norte 9209.
What we collect
Your account. First name, last name, email address, and phone number if you give us one. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and Google profile picture — nothing else, and never your Google password.
Your password. Only if you set one. It is stored hashed by our authentication provider; nobody at the club can read it.
Your photo. Only if you upload one for your membership card.
Membership. Which plan you hold, when it started, when it renews, and whether it is active or cancelled.
Bookings. Which court, which hours, the price, and whether the booking was played, cancelled or missed.
Payments. The amount, what it was for, whether it succeeded, and a reference number from the payment gateway. We never see or store your card, bank or e-wallet details. Those go straight to the gateway.
Check-ins. The date and time your membership QR code is scanned at the desk.
Why we keep it
To let you book a court and take payment for it; to know whether a membership is live and what you should be charged; to let the front desk confirm who is checking in; and to keep the club's own financial records straight. We do not use any of it for advertising, and we do not sell it or share it with anyone for their own purposes.
Who else handles it
We use a small number of services to run the club. Each one only sees what it needs to do its job:
- Supabase — stores the database, your sign-in, and uploaded photos.
- Vercel — runs the website itself.
- PayMongo — takes the payment when you pay by QR Ph. They handle your payment details, we do not.
- Google — only if you choose to sign in with Google.
These services store data on servers outside the Philippines.
Who at the club can see it
Front desk staff can see your name, photo, membership status and today's bookings — what they need to let you in. Club admins can additionally see your contact details, booking history and payment records. Other members cannot see any of it.
One thing worth stating plainly: your profile photo is stored so that anyone holding its direct link can open it. The link is a long random one and is not published anywhere, but it is not password-protected either. If that bothers you, do not upload a photo — everything else on the site works without one.
How long we keep it
Your account and profile stay while you have an account. Booking and payment records are kept afterwards as part of the club's financial records. If you ask us to delete your account, we remove your profile, photo and contact details, and keep only the minimum transaction record we are required to keep.
Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) you have the right to be told what we hold about you, to get a copy of it, to have it corrected, to have it erased or blocked, to object to how it is used, and to be compensated for damage caused by misuse. You can exercise any of these by emailing mintspacenetwork@gmail.com. You can also complain to the National Privacy Commission at privacy.gov.ph.
Cookies
The only cookies we set are the ones that keep you signed in. There is no advertising or analytics tracking on this site.
Children
Accounts are for people aged 18 and over. A parent or guardian should book on behalf of a younger player, using their own account.
Changes
If we change what we collect, we will change this page and update the date at the top.
